Job Description

With over 30 dealerships and growing, we’re always looking for motivated go-getters to add to our team. Currently, we are seeking a talented, experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Regional Manager. A qualified candidate will be expected to:

  • Assist the Regional Manager in supervising and coordinating the daily operations of multiple dealerships
  • Ensure company values and standards are maintained by each dealership
  • Help achieve sales volume and profitability objectives
  • Effectively manage and control dealership expenses
  • Recruit, identify, and develop talented dealership candidates
  • Assist with managing creative advertising campaigns for each dealership
  • Help dealerships in the funding of difficult deals
  • Develop and enhance customer relationships by embracing our mission of: “Creating an experience for which the customer returns to do business with us again.”

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years proven success in a managerial position is required
  • Automotive sales background a plus
  • Strong leadership skills that motivate sales and management team
  • Confidence in budget management and math skills to control dealership expenses
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to recognize problem and quickly devise solutions
  • Prioritize tasks to efficiently and effectively perform necessary responsibilities
  • Make responsible, quick decisions on situations involving customers, employees, management, and outside companies
