Job Description
We are always searching for enthusiastic, detail-oriented self-starters to join our growing team. Currently, we are searching for a dedicated candidate to fill a role on our Warranty team. A qualified candidate will be expected to:
- Process and submit claims to the manufacturer
- Handle rejected claims and follow up on outstanding claims
- Review all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verifying criteria required by factory
- Reconcile all warranty receivables and work with accounting to obtain payment
- Maintain all service and customer records as required by manufacturer
- Utilize technical knowledge of service to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2-5 years prior data entry experience preferred but not required
- Automotive office background is a plus
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Self-motivate, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Proficiency and typing speed required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
