Job Description
We are always looking to grow our team with dedicated, detail-oriented people. Currently, we are searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to fill a role on our Payroll team. A qualified candidate will be expected to:
- Properly initiate, maintain, and terminate personnel files
- Accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, annual, and special payrolls
- Accurate and timely governmental, external, and internal payroll reporting
- Proper maintenance of fringe benefit administration and reporting
- Acquire and maintain an understanding of the dealership’s chart of accounts, accounting procedures, and double-entry accounting
- Perform miscellaneous duties performed to the best of your ability

Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2-5 years prior payroll experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
