Job Description

We are always looking to grow our team with dedicated, detail-oriented people. Currently, we are searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to fill a role on our Payroll team. A qualified candidate will be expected to:

  • Properly initiate, maintain, and terminate personnel files
  • Accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, annual, and special payrolls
  • Accurate and timely governmental, external, and internal payroll reporting
  • Proper maintenance of fringe benefit administration and reporting
  • Acquire and maintain an understanding of the dealership’s chart of accounts, accounting procedures, and double-entry accounting
  • Perform miscellaneous duties performed to the best of your ability

Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2-5 years prior payroll experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
