Job Description
We are always looking to add talented and dedicated people to our growing team. Currently, we are seeking a skilled go-getter to fill a role in our IT department. A qualified candidate will be expected to:
- Maintain Help Desk queue on a daily basis
- Perform maintenance and support of newly acquired and existing hardware including pc’s, servers, mobile phones, wireless devices and others
- Possibility of travel to all company locations, including out of state locations
- Interaction and communication with all end users
- Setup and configuration of newly hired employee’s computers
- Run Database cleanup routines as needed
- May perform other duties as required

Job Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Ability to train end users on computer basics when called upon
- Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and ready to work in a fast paced environment
- Great problem solving and decision making ability
- Ability to work independently as needed and as part of a team
- Must be willing to be flexible in work hours to get projects or maintenance done if needed
