Job Description

 We are always looking to add talented and dedicated people to our growing team. Currently, we are seeking a skilled go-getter to fill a role in our IT department. A qualified candidate will be expected to:

  • Maintain Help Desk queue on a daily basis
  • Perform maintenance and support of newly acquired and existing hardware including pc’s, servers, mobile phones, wireless devices and others
  • Possibility of travel to all company locations, including out of state locations
  • Interaction and communication with all end users
  • Setup and configuration of newly hired employee’s computers
  • Run Database cleanup routines as needed
  • May perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office including Outlook
  • Ability to train end users on computer basics when called upon
  • Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and ready to work in a fast paced environment
  • Great problem solving and decision making ability
  • Ability to work independently as needed and as part of a team
  • Must be willing to be flexible in work hours to get projects or maintenance done if needed
