That’s why we’ve developed our Garber Automotive Internship Program to help bright, young talent gain real-world experience in the automotive world. This structured program provides an eight-week, full-time immersion in all segments of dealership operations, including Sales, Parts, Service, and so much more. The program also includes time spent at our headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan, where interns spend time with our internal digital marketing team, accounts receivables, payables, and more!
This unique program provides interns with both personal and professional development opportunities, allowing them to form networking connections while sharpening their technical skill sets. The knowledge gained through the Garber Automotive Internship Program will help interns make the transition from school to a career within the automotive industry.

As a Garber Automotive Intern, You Will:
- Develop and expand your knowledge of all aspects of the dealership world through structured, designated time experiencing each part of the business
- Collaborate with and learn from experienced professionals with extensive knowledge in automotive industry practices
- Gain thorough business knowledge by working alongside store-specific leaders
- Connect with and gain exposure to the executive leadership team throughout the course of the internship
- Partner with other Garber Automotive Interns to complete a program-long group project on either the employee or guest experience
- Participate in professional group presentations to the executive leadership team showcasing the work done on the team’s group project
