Job Description

We are always looking for talented self-starters to add to our team. Currently, we are searching for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Inventory and Logistics Associate. A qualified candidate will be expected to:

• Check in daily stock and special orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Be responsible for all shipping, receiving, and distribution tasks for the parts department
• Properly shelve parts for stock in an organized manner
• Perform daily cycle counts
• Handle core and monthly part returns including maintaining accurate records, creating shipping documents and preparing shipments.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, engaging in general housekeeping tasks for a clean facility
• Work as a team with the rest of the parts department

Job Requirements

• Automotive shipping and receiving, parts experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Highly organized with superior time management
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Automotive technical knowledge is an advantage
• Should be able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly
